So I'm just wondering are there any logs (and where in the settings can I find the location of the logs) which tell me the history of the caught quarantined emails and whether or not they were approved, deleted etc. If this is the case, I'm thinking perhaps it did get quarantined but one of my colleagues deleted the email and not approved it. However, I believe I'm correct in saying this search report also includes the emails which have been caught in the quarantine, but I can't tell which emails. I noticed she had received emails from the email address in question. Upon performing a search (Reporting>Search) for that day, I select her account and I see all her sent/received email for that day. My colleagues and I take it in turns monitoring the GFI quarantine every day to ensure there are no false positives and push through any legitimate mail which could of got caught.Īnywho, a user has reported she has not received an email from a specific email address. Quick question regarding quarantine logs for GFI mail essentials.
